Jag at 100 Town Square get 5 stars from me. Because Kevin explain every questions I ask him and got me more motivate to help me with get my health in order. Alvin get 5 star He keep me laughing , very helpful and keep me on my toes. Tim get 5 stars He got Caring heart ❤️. To Beautiful Ladies who work in the office. They get 6 stars because always greeting you with a smile 😃

It was my first time needing PT and the team at JAG made this such a great experience. The whole team (from the front desk to the PT staff) works really hard to keep you motivated through the work. Jason, my PT, was super knowledgeable and accommodating. He, not only made sure to plan exercises to recover from my injury, but also incorporated exercises that were in line with my own fitness goals. If I ever need PT again, I’ll definitely go back.

From the beginning to end, my interactions with the staff members including Chelsea, Engy, Thalia, Shayla have been exceptional. They are always very accommodating. I was a patient of Kristen Schumacher for 3 months and she is extremely personable and professional. We made great strides in my prompt recovery. I would recommend her to anyone as excellent OT. During my physical therapy journey, I also had the pleasure of doing my PT sessions with Jason who was great as well.

I have been going to Jag One for more than 2 years for different reasons. Very recently i got treated for my ankle instability by Kevin. I think he is an excellent PT. He helped me strengthen my feet and gave me 1-1 therapy sessions. He also gave me a bunch of home exercises. I think he has extensive hands on experience to deal with different patients for different injuries. Kevin is great to work with and friendly too. I could avoid getting my surgery all because of Kevin. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to get treated for their injuries.

Kevin, Tim and Alvin have been a wonderful help as I recover. I’ve seen different PTs over the year to treat my chronic pain, but I haven’t seen the same results as with JAG. For the first time in years, I’ve felt steady improvement in my pain. Each time I come in, I spend 1 hour for my exercises + massage. I think that’s a testament to the care you receive. I’ve recommended JAG to my friends and am happy to recommend them to anyone! Thanks Kevin and team

This was my first time at physical therapy and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, the entire team at JAG made me feel comfortable and supported. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and very passionate about what they do. My therapist Kevin is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals. Every session felt productive, and he always took the time to explain things and answer any questions I had. I’m so grateful for the care and positivity I experienced here — I’ll miss seeing everyone at this location! I highly recommend JAG to anyone looking for a team that really cares about their patients.

Best Physical Therapy in the area I've been to many different JAG physical therapy offices and though each has met my needs & I was happy with my treatment I found the Newport Center JAG office to be the best run. The front desk worker though young was friendly, very professional, knowledgeable about treatment times needed and proper scheduling. The therapist & PT assistant were very alert, helpful, professional & hands on which was very nice as in the past I had been left to do exercises by myself. If you're in need of PT & you're in the Newport area I strongly recommend this office. My only negative thought is the parking-street parking is meters or you can park in the garage but at $10-15.00 it gets expensive going 2 or 3 times/week

The best staff ever in NEWPORT, NJ location!! The best physical therapists and assistants I've ever met! Sadly I live in NYC but since I live alone and had my knee replacement surgery in NY I was picked up by my mom who's retired in NJ. I had the best luck ever to be taken care of by my mom since I wasn't able to walk or care for myself after surgery. Mom found JAG, since it was located near her building, and it was truly the best experience ever! I've never had surgery before, therefore Id never needed physical therapy before. Jason was my first ever therapist and he was wonderful. I met him the week before his wedding so I was then transferred to the hilarious and fun therapist, Kevin. They both had different styles but both cared for my recovery and we had great sessions each time I visited. I stayed for a month and had alot of laughs with Kevin at late noon times or very carefully attended by Jason in the daytime. The assistant therapists Alvin and Tim were equally helpful to me! Tim made me laugh alot while at the same time giving me helpful tips for my recovery. Kevin was definitely the physical therapist that spent the most time with me after Jason went on his honeymoon ❤️ We became like a family here, laughing , listening to music, sharing memes 😆 and telling stories. I was reprimanded for being on my phone several times by Kevin and Tim but I definitely deserved it 😆 🤣 I miss the lovely Talia at the reception desk too! She was efficient and sweet. I had to come home to NYC after being at JAG for a month and I miss it every day. NYC sucks but I was born and raised here sadly, the JAG location here in maspeth near my zip code doesn't compare at all to the NEWPORT Town Square NJ location. I miss the 2 hr sessions, I benefited greatly with the 2 hrs bc my knee needed it! I miss Kevin and Jason. I wish I could move in with my mom and return to this location forever. I kept looking to review this golden location for weeks now and im sorry I kept forgetting in m

Today was my Last day at JAG, Mr Kevin Mansfield is a miracle worker. Kevin, match my energy and was able to maintain the professionalism and integrity required to do his job, regardless of all the shenanigans I may have throw his way. He push me beyond my limits, but kept me from any further injuries. I'm at 56 years of age. But Kevin saw nothing but potential in me regardless of my age. Kevin at this job is saving people's lives. This is his calling.
